Demolished Wood Floor Souvenir: CHCH DEAF CLUB, 1965–2011

The wood floor souvenir was from the floor at Deaf Society of Canterbury’s Armagh Street Clubroom. It was demolished in 2013 after the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. The building was deemed uneconomic to repair. The wooden souvenir is signed on the back by Greg Pateman, President of Deaf Society of Canterbury on 30 May 2015. Donated to Manawatu Deaf Society by the Manawatu Deaf Ten Pin Bowling group on 30 May 2015.
