Absolutely Positively Windy Deaf: June 2015

Some of the items featured in Wellington Deaf Society’s June 2015 newsletter:

• The Marion Street building was farewelled on 8 May 2013 with a turnout of approximately 50 people. The usual Fridays meet up will be at venues around the Wellington region. 
• NZ Deaf Blacks players from Wellington helped WDS pack their things to store at Kaiwharawhara, managing to fill it all in a single unit. 
• Family fun day planned for Saturday 7 June, with fun for the whole family at Newlands Community Centre!
• Advertisement for the 7th NZ Deaf Short Film Festival, with $10 for one film screening, or $80 for a film screening and the awards function evening. Merchandise also available.
