Pier Morten, a Deafblind wrestler from Canada, participates in the 1989 World Games for the Deaf, in Christchurch. We see him having a match against a Bulgarian opponent. Afterwards, he is interviewed, where he says while it is hard being Deafblind, he still gives his very best in his matches.
He wins a bronze at this Games, in the Greco-Roman featherweight category; his best-ever result at the Games.
