Some of the items featured in Auckland Deaf Society’s December 1990 newsletter:

  • ADS Board of Management asks people not to come to Friday evenings wearing tracksuit pants, football shorts and jandals. Graeme Forrest, Owen Gibbons, Jeff Went and McKie have gone to a Bar Managers Training Course. There are many tough new rules and we could see some changes in the clubrooms in the future.
  • The ADS table tennis club congratulates its players – Lyndon Malcolm, Terry Kane and Aileen Banks for winning the Cup back from Christchurch during Labour Weekend. Its AGM will be on 5 February 1991.
