Cricket in silence

The match was part of the fourth trans-Tasman games for the deaf, being held at venues in the Wellington area.

About 100 Australians are in the squad to compete against New Zealanders in lawn bowls, tennis, cricket, squash, golf, netball, badminton, table tennis and basketball.
